Data Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Coordinator to join the Callisto team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The Data Coordinator will play a vital part in our data management services to ensure data exceptions are identified & resolved quickly & accurately and our workstreams & services are completed within contractual SLAs. Some knowledge of our systems and processes would be an advantage, but a passion for delivering a quality service is more important.
This role is based in our Newcastle Upon Tyne office - hybrid.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage workload to conclude the assigned daily tasks.


• Be able to analyse & problem solve to resolve data exceptions.


• Validate data to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to our clients.


• Be tenacious & strong-willed to conclude investigations quickly.


• Carry out daily inbox management in line with SLA requirements.


• Be able to effectively follow escalation processes when appropriate.


• Prioritise daily workload to ensure SLAs are successfully achieved.


• Ensure daily reporting, including analysis and ideas generation.
  
  Some previous Admin experience (data admin experience is an advantage)


• Great communication skills to liaise with external stakeholders
