Due to continued growth in the business, we are recruiting customer service advisors to work on a part time basis. This role will be a key member within Newcross Central Support team and an ambassador by promoting the values and standards Newcross is renowned for. This is a varied role where you will act as a key contact for all interactions with clients and staff members.

The role is 25 - 30 hours per week. Shift patterns to include evening and weekend working. Our operational hours are Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm. Would also consider early morning (6am - 10am) 1 or 2 shifts per week alongside weekend working

What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied, here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

You will be a key member within our Central Support team and an ambassador by promoting the values and standards Newcross is renowned for. This is a varied role where you will act as a key contact for all interactions with clients and staff members

  • Act as first point of contact for our clients bookings as well as liaising with healthcare staff via phone, email and live chat.

  • Assist in booking healthcare staff into available shifts and facilitating recruitment activities.

  • Fully understand the client's requirements and ensure their expectations are met

  • Use bespoke software systems to co-ordinate staff bookings

  • Support Healthcare staff recruitment from the moment we receive the application to their first day
