Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be part of our Planning Team who are responsible for ensuring Customer's are contacted to schedule in work. You will make schedule workloads based on priorities driven by the application of customer. You will work jointly with other Planning Departments and Operations Supervisors alike

Do you have previous customer service experience? This is essential for the role

Have you maintained good computer knowledge and self-assured in the use of MS Office packages?
Can you maintain and hold excellent communication skills on all levels?
Do you have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload?
Do you take pride in your work and have an excellent eye for attention to detail?
