Full Job Description

You'll develop reports and solutions using a variety of tools and applications to monitor, measure and facilitate improvements in customer experience, and adherence to customer contact compliance; this will include utilising our speech analytics solution. You'll work with system users, the wider business and Subject Matter Experts to promote engagement and gain support for your tools and solutions.

You'll work both independently and as part of a team following Agile methodology to manage project requests and track improvements. You'll drive continuous improvement via insight and development of tools, with measurable outcomes.

A key part of this role is aiming to identify issues, processes, or errors that drive or cause repeat contact or dissatisfaction, helping to develop plans to improve these areas.

You'll have a genuine passion for helping to deliver truly exceptional customer service, being comfortable working alongside a variety of stakeholders, as well as:

- Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft applications including Power BI would be beneficial
- Experience of building and developing reports using a suite of applications
- Experience of working in an analytics role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident in presenting to all levels including external stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to effectively manage workload
- Sound analytical ability and creative thinking
