Customer Relations Manager

About the role This is a new role where you will support the Head of Strategy and Pathways in developing opportunities for business growth. It is a role where you will have the opportunity to develop your career and create a real impact in growing company. The key elements of your role will include; Have a lead role in the generation of referrals into the service. To develop new relationships and build on / leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders within Local Authorities, ICBs, NHS Trusts and Provider Collaborative pathways. Work with the Head of Strategy and Pathways and Clinical Pathways Manager in implementation and delivery of the departmental and organisational growth strategy, including identification of potential new opportunities. Support market and competitor mapping to understand and monitor the landscape to ensure Care in Mind maintains an advantage and to identify market gaps.
