Cook / Kitchen Assistant / Catering Assistant

As Cook/Kitchen Assistant/Catering Assistant you will be working with our established kitchen team to prepare delicious meals for our guests, in line with brand and company guidelines. Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests, are passionate about all things food and take great pride in each dish they prepare.

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are a division of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand, overseeing over 1,600 hotels and resorts across the world. We work with big brands such as Hilton, Accor, Marriot and IHG as well as small independent hotels and everything in between., Based in the Holiday Inn Darlington North you will be part of a small team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. At Aimbridge, we believe personality is the key to success in our hotels. Therefore, whilst we will require you to have Food Safety Level 3 certification, we will provide full training on how each dish is prepared and served in our kitchens.
