Full Job Description

CK Group are working in partnership with Nxera Pharma UK Limited (formerly Sosei Heptares) to recruit a Contracts Manager on a 6-month contract basis., You will be required to provide contract management expertise across clinical for a range of outsourced clinical services types and work through MSAs and work orders in an organised, methodical manner.,

  • Reviewing new contract requests from internal customer groups.

  • Communicating with functional groups to determine and define the scope of contract services required and suitability of suppliers.

  • Developing Specifications and Request for Proposals in consultation with internal customers.

  • Analysing supplier proposals (for both technical and budgetary content).

  • Negotiating costs and executing contracts and contract amendments that are compliant, timely and significantly value adding whilst minimising risk

  • Ensuring contract documentation is stored and archived within appropriate systems.

  • Ensuring that negotiation of contractual terms and conditions are based on approved company Master Services Agreement and standalone templates, negotiating & executing new MSAs as required.

  • Responsible for ongoing Contract Management and Supplier Oversight including changes in scope, issue escalation and resolution.

    Clinical outsourcing experience is preferred but not essential.

  • Experience with Contract Management or Proposal Development also beneficial.

  • Good industry knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
