Full Job Description

We are looking for interns to join our content team for 6 - 8 week placements, with focused projects, learning objectives, and clear deliverables.

nudge believes in creating brighter financial futures for everyone. We work with brands across the world, using our financial wellness benefit package to empower people to develop their financial skills and knowledge.

We combine behavioural psychology, data, and personalised education to put you in control of your money.

We're a global solution, working in over 200 countries to provide financial education and information. We are independent, and our inclusive approach is trusted by millions worldwide.

Our clients and partners include: Pepisco, Accenture, IBM, GSK, Samsung, Blackrock.

We have no set criteria for skills and experience. The only deal breaker is you must be over 18 years old before your placement starts.

Our focus is not on academic achievement, grades, particular universities, or the network you have. We simply want you to tell us why you'd be great, and what you could bring to nudge, and to financial wellbeing.

As an inclusive and diverse company, we offer full-time, part-time, flexible internships to suit you and your life. We welcome applications from all.

What we offer

At nudge we put people first. Our values are "friends through thick and thin", "embracing differences, supporting individuals", "leading and sharing" and "always learning".

We have an open, friendly, and supportive work environment. We're growing fast which means there's a range of opportunities for you to gain broad and diverse experience alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

We offer:

· A paid 6 - 8 week placement

· Help finding accommodation in London

· Ongoing mentoring

· Company socials and wellbeing activities

· A flexible working environment

We respect and seek to empower every individual and support the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences within our workforce.
