Community Service Manager

The Service Manager will lead the day to day provision of the services in the Cumbria Region and will oversee compliance and the quality provision of flexible, responsive support to the people we support. Managing the Case Managers, the Service manager will ensure that a high quality of service is delivered as well as achieving staff and people we support satisfaction. This role will involve ensuring that all CQC requirements are adhered to and that the services are profitable and sustainable.

The Service Manager will oversee the implementation of support packages, working alongside the person being supported and the commissioner, as well as managing the contracts with the local authorities, Working closely with all members of the team and as part of a multi-disciplinary team the role is essential in ensuring growth.

Suitable candidates for the role will have experience of working collaboratively with other professionals, have a positive approach and be solutions focused. They must possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and have the ability to develop team spirit within a team.,

• Level 5 in leadership in health and social care (or willing to working towards).


• A full UK driving licence


• Line management experience


• Ability to work 1 day each week in our Carlisle office, with paid mileage.
  
  A contract that works for you; permanent 37.5 hours per week
