Community Manager New

As the Community Manager, you'll enjoy managing and engaging with players while immersing yourself in a variety of game communities across Discord, Reddit and Steam, ensuring a positive experience across our channels. You'll be a driving force in the community, accountable for delivering content in alignment with projects and titles published by Secret Mode, whether that's a cozy indie title or a gritty narrative horror. Collaborating closely with developers and marketing, you'll create compelling content, host events, and represent Secret Mode at public shows. With a knack for creativity, you'll manage assets, maintain content calendars, and collaborate on various video formats, all aimed at continuously engaging our community., As a people business, the success of our people is the success of our company. • Experience with managing gaming communities on social media.



• Knowledge of social media platforms including Steam, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Discord and Twitch.



• An understanding of measuring and reporting on social media performance.



• Experience live streaming and engaging with an online audience.



• A passion for video games and video games communities.



• Collaborative and creative energy.



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



• Ability to juggle multiple projects, work at pace and deliver content to deadline.



• A high level of motivation and proactivity, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
