Full Job Description

Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved. As the company continues to expand and develop, we are on the search for a Community Engagement Manager to be the face of Radfield Home Care and take full responsibility for the growth of a local business. You will undertake marketing and public relations activity to promote the brand in the local community to generate client enquiries in order to grow the business; you will proactively engage with local businesses, charities, healthcare professionals, volunteer groups and community influences; it is essential that you are a natural communicator digitally, face-to-face and through written language.,

  • Responsible for increasing brand awareness and enquiries within the business area

  • Build relationships and engage with local industry events, community partners, businesses and individuals

  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using social media, PPC, email, press releases and any other relevant online and offline channels

  • Create written and creative content for social media, website and other marketing materials

  • Analyse data and report ROI of marketing and networking campaigns

  • Work with the Director and Finance team to create marketing plans and budgets

  • Create, plan & host events that will lead to engagement with community partners, clients and potential care professionals

  • Identify opportunities for articles and blog content

  • Identify and write relevant sector awards entries

  • Maintain & Improve sector and professional knowledge

  • Any other duties that may be deemed relevant to your role
