Full Job Description

As Commercial Analyst you will be responsible for

  • Monitoring BPM to identify any issues of concern with regards to missing/unclear information or tasks not being completed - as needed to support DS information needs

  • Become familiar with and maintain the ability to report from SAP ECC, C4C and any other DCWW systems both for the regular reporting needs of DS and for any ad-hoc reporting requests received

  • The use of SRM and any other system needed to generate purchase orders

  • Reporting on the payment status of invoices received

  • Ad-hoc reporting and progress checking

  • Provide Teamworks status reports and analysis to help monitor and control payments to framework contractors

  • Monitoring payment systems and their interface with other DCWW systems to ensure that payments can be accurately recorded and processed

  • Undertake appropriate information quality checks to assess the accuracy of reported information and take action where the quality of information is not as required

  • Provide information needed to help maintain and improve customer care

    Degree (or equivalent) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths related subject preferred

  • Experience in the use of technology and or reporting in the water industry

  • Experience of working and providing information in a heavily regulated industry

  • Experience of data management

  • Knowledge and experience of Developer Services project lifecycles from developer application to on-site delivery and final account

  • Experience in SAP finance \ project management and SRM modules
