Full Job Description

Archery Fit is London's best indoor archery centre, having won various awards like 'Community Club of the Year' and being ranked one of the 'UK Top-100 Small Businesses'.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and can help build and expand our club's vision and reach its growth potentials! You will be part of a small, friendly team in our busy, fun archery club :)

GENERAL DUTIES include (not an exhaustive list):

  • Answering phone calls, texts, emails, etc. to book people in for our services

  • Customer help & support

  • You will be the sole point of contact for all of our customers

  • Booking in clients & recording client attendance

  • Conducting inductions (5-10 minute introductory speeches to groups of up to 30 people)

  • Organizing & checking customer paperwork/records

  • Organizing clients' bow storage

  • Keeping & updating archery scores/score boards for clients

  • Issuing gift certificates

  • Precision + attention to detail is essential, following GDPR guidelines

  • Processing payments & organizing end of day reports

  • KYC procedures / building relationships with clients

  • We operate with a professional but friendly and welcoming attitude to all clients - we have c. 100 regular members, with some coming for 9 years (since we opened!) and so we know them personally by names and keep up-to-date with their personal lives

  • We'd encourage you to build relationships with people as well - easily done with our regular club social events

  • Operating/following CMS system updates

  • Club/business development

  • Assistance in organising regular events - e.g. social events, competitions etc.

  • Create/maintain relationships with potential partners

  • Applying for different awards to help boost awareness of what we do

  • Marketing

  • Client capture and developing promotional activities

  • Creativity - coming up with new ideas/material to captivate online audiences

  • Office Administration

  • Stock checks & updates (as/when necessary)

  • Keeping office and all areas clean and tidy

  • Maintaining terrace area

  • Energetic, friendly, helpful & patient personality

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to keep a strong level of focus on the tasks at hand, whilst following and understanding how/why our processes work
