Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Executive to join our commercial team at Haymarket Automotive.
You will be responsible for the day to day contact with existing clients and campaigns and for retaining management of those accounts in order to create business partnerships and see continual growth. Through regular contact either phone calls, virtual or face-to-face meetings you must ensure that clients and internal departments are delivering on their commitments, effectively delivering campaigns, within budget and delivering customer satisfaction/repeat business.
As Client Success Executive you will work closely with the Client Development Director, Commercial teams and Product Managers and will be responsible for ensuring all partnerships / sponsorships are delivered in full, maximising performance to ensure repeat business and future revenue growth. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of our domestic and international licensee partners.

  • Operate as the support point of contact for any and all matters specific to all publishing and commercial partnerships and sponsorships accounts that fall under your responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify any underperforming campaigns / accounts and deliver the appropriate advice and best practice solutions to ensure improvements are made and value is delivered

  • Where assigned assist with challenging client requests or escalate issues as needed

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.

  • Manage any 3rd party relationship for effective campaign management and delivery.

  • Help ensure that our business is at the forefront of clients minds

    Leads from the front by continually demonstrating account management of the very highest level.
