Full Job Description

Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other special events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Worker. As a Clerical Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement., Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
