Cleaning supervisor (part-time)

· Knowledge of COSHH

· Excellent cleaning skills

· Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan and work under pressure

· Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel to sites

· Hold a valid CSCS card

· Work independently and in a small team

· Available to work overtime when necessary

· Happy to complete a DBS check

· Have great attention to detail along with being punctual, reliable and trustworthy,

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role, where you will be required to work on sites from a construction site to a sparkle clean.

Your main working hours will be 20 hours per week on a rota between Monday - Sunday. You must be flexible with your working times as these can vary between 06:00 - 18:00 depending on which sites need covered for what start time you will be required to work.

You will be required to cover sick days; holiday cover and pre-booked builder / sparkle cleans.

You must be flexible when needed to work more than 20 hours as and when the company needs you to. This job role does have a view of a full-time position in the near future.

Our business works with some of the largest Construction sites in the North East. Our purpose is to conduct regular day to day cleans in site cabins on construction sites, for the term of the contract, along with carrying out builders/sparkle cleans on newly built buildings and ensure we complete exceptional standards to the property. We also have office buildings, bars and restaurants across the North East.

Cleaning supervisor duties:

· Staffing, inputting and sending out weekly rota's

· Checking and closing the system off to ensure cleaners are paid correctly

· Ordering stock

· Delivering stock to sites

· Recruiting and interviewing candidates

· Produce site files, including RAMS and assignment instructions

· Spot checks on sites to ensure standards are being met
