Children's Support Worker - full training given

The opportunity has arisen for a new childcare worker to join our team in our Therapeutic Children's Home in Herne Bay. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Management Team to deliver an effective service in supporting our children on a day to day basis with a range of complex therapeutic needs.

• Available to work on a set rota basis, including sleep in duties (all shifts remain the same, and are predictable for the long term to allow our team to organise their own childcare and needs)., Children's regulations applicants must be over 22 years of age.
