Full Job Description
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality
section.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing
Nigeria authentic dishes.
Preparing Nigeria's majorly Southwestern and Central dishes such as Efo Riro, Efo Egusi, Ewedu, Gbegiri, Ofada Rice, Sauces, Ikokore, Ewa Aganyin, Eko, Ogi, Moinmoin,
Akara including Small Chops.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including allergens.
Assisting with the management of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control.
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
