Full Job Description
- Plan, prepare and deliver our menus (restaurant, bar and pizza) to a consistently high quality.
- Butchery of both meat and fish - we cook from first principles
- Maintaining the highest food hygiene and cleanliness standards in all areas of the kitchen.
- Completion of daily paperwork
- Ongoing training and coaching for yourself and assist with the development of junior chefs
The Forge & Terrace bar & restaurant at Kelling Heath Holiday Park is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who understands the different sections of the kitchen, has a desire to learn and a broad culinary palette to assist in the day to day running of our kitchens. - Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis.
- Experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, tools and processes
- Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional service standards
- Level 2 (minimum) Food Preparation and Cooking
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Contract of Employment - Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Shift/ Rota Based (Includes Evenings, Weekends and Bank Holidays)
