Full Job Description

Some kitchen skills required however a great attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important aspect of what you will bring to the team.

You will be a prt of the development of new dishes and its that creativity we are looking for. We always try and promote internally and so we want to get you to a Sous Chef standard within a year where you are beginning to run shifts. We have two venues within Richmond and we would want you to work between the two to gain the experience for you to develop.

The Britannia is widely regarded as Richmond premier independent Restaurant.
