Chef de Partie

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Following a major refurbishment we are seeking to expand are team and are looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at The Castle Inn. As chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you., Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team,

• Chef: 1 year (preferred)


• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
