Full Job Description

The Chef is responsible for preparing and setting up food for evening service 4/5 evenings per week. The post could be ideal for anyone looking for part-time work or to supplement present hours .
The Chef will maintain a positive work environment by following all company policies and procedures, complying with regulatory guidelines, and exhibiting an professionalethic.

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a professional kitchen, including knowledge of HACCP guidelines required.

  • ServSafe/HACCP Certification preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of food preparation and cooking procedures.
