Full Job Description

The post holder will be an integral part of the Fundraising Team providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to internal and external fundraisers. Accepting, recording and receipting donations made to the charity is a fundamental part of the role. The post holder will also be responsible for uploading financial reports from numerous sources to the fundraising database as well as downloading income reports to assist the fundraising team with recording event income, generating event income reports and dealing with enquiries from fundraisers online, by telephone and in person.,

  • Inputting donations and donor information onto the Fundraising Database received from various sources such as in person, over the phone, direct to the bank and online, and generating acknowledgments.

  • Downloading financial reports from various online fundraising platforms, such as JustGiving, and uploading them into the Fundraising database.

  • The maintenance of the Participants Fundraising Database and ensuring fundraisers are allocated a member of fundraising staff,

  • Raising requisitions in Oracle Finance Ledger, fulfilling online merchandise orders, stock control.

  • Counting, management, storage, and banking of cash and cheques.
