Full Job Description

Communicating the benefits of our change programme, and the components within it, to officers, staff, our stakeholders and communities has never been more crucial. We're looking for a skilled communicator who understands how to engage our people in new technology, new ways of working and new processes that will lead to better outcomes for the communities we serve.

To be successful in this role you'll have experience in delivering communications relating to complex change programmes across organisations, preferably, but not essentially, in policing. You'll understand the importance of working collaboratively with change colleagues and leaders across the business.

Staffordshire Police has an ambitious change programme to communicate. Across a variety of areas, we will be implementing new systems, approaches and ways of working that will transform the way Staffordshire delivers policing to more than a million residents. Our aim is to become an outstanding local police service.
