Caretaker

We are currently looking for 1 x Caretaker to join our team on a temporary contract across Spectrum Business Park, Seaham.

Duties of The Role:

Cleaning the building and surroundings.

Gardening and performing landscape duties across the site.

Inspecting the building including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order

Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required and requested.

Monitoring cleaning materials, tools and furniture and reordering as required.

Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows at the end of the day.

Adhering to the companies safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone on the site.
