Care Assistant / Support worker- Bank Nights

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a part time overnight bank Support Worker/ Care Assistant to join our Friendly , committed and caring team based in Park Gardens in Banbury. As a member of our team you will enjoy the benefits of an in house Bistro and Gym., As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting customers who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence

The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.

The role is to promote Customers independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.

Shifts available, 10pm-7am and alternate weekends
