Full Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day lives of our residents, providing them with the support and care they need to lead fulfilling lives.,

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Provide mobility assistance to residents, including help with walking, using wheelchairs, and transferring from beds to chairs.

  • Support residents with eating and drinking, ensuring dietary needs are met.

  • Monitor and record residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to senior staff.

  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including tidying living spaces and assisting with laundry.

  • Follow care plans tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

  • Uphold the highest standards of dignity and respect in all interactions with residents.

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including infection control procedures.

    Previous experience in a care setting is is essential

  • Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

  • Willingness to undergo a background check.


  • Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential).

  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification (desirable but not essential).
