Full Job Description

Under the leadership of the senior cancer manager CTMUHB is committed to maintaining and improving cancer performance for our patients. This senior role both represents the health Board and leads the sector to drive improvements in cancer pathways and performance, working shoulder to shoulder with clinicians and managers across and within the Health Board, the Cancer network, commissioners and Welsh Government.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring effective internal structures, processes and reporting are in place at all levels.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational service manager within the specialised services directorate of the planned care group, to lead the urology and cancer service within CTM UHB.
The post holder requires vision, innovation and the ability to work with clinical teams and colleagues both internally and externally, with a real desire to provide the highest standards of patient care.
You will fundamental in encouraging high quality services across all tumour sites, ensuring collaborative working and the development of services.
The post holder will provide comprehensive operational, change management and strategic support., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
