Full Job Description

The post holder will be an integral part of the Cancer Team , who assists supports and co-ordinates the pathway for patients during the diagnostic phase and throughout their treatment., The post involves working closely with all key members of the multidisciplinary team within primary and secondary care and service users relating to cancer to ensure all patients receive a consistent and effective service:
+ Clinical Lead for Site Specific Cancer
+ Medical, nursing and multi-disciplinary teams
+ Outpatient departments (OPD), appointment booking centre, radiology, pathology.
+ Other pathway navigators
+ Clinical team secretaries
+ GP Practices.
