Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced customer service environment., Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries or issues
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality customer service
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
