Management of software renewals tracker and associated contracts database records

Liaising with suppliers for all queries relating to quotations, orders, invoices and associated correspondence

Liaising with colleagues in Procurement, Finance and Technology to clarify renewal & budget requirements

Assisting with management of e-sourcing platform, contracts database and other Procurement related systems & processes., From September 2023, C4 has operated a 60/40 working pattern, equating to three office days per week. Having everyone in the office three days a week gives us more opportunity to build our high performing, inclusive culture; to collaborate and to learn and share with each other, as well as helping to coordinate a regular pattern of home and office working days. Employees then have the flexibility to decide where they spend the rest of the working week. All our offices are open five days a week.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to initiate and manage work independently

Studying towards MCIPS

Procurement is responsible for the acquisition of all indirect goods & services across Channel 4 and provides commercial expertise to ensure the achievement of Corporation's strategic objectives.
