Full Job Description

  • Management of software renewals tracker and associated contracts database records

  • Management of low value software renewals to include:

  • Requesting, reviewing and negotiating software licence renewals

  • Ensuring due diligence checks are undertaken in line with Procurement Processes

  • Liaising with suppliers for all queries relating to quotations, orders, invoices and associated correspondence

  • Management of Software reseller relationship

  • Support finance with forecasting and variance analysis

  • Liaising with colleagues in Procurement, Finance and Technology to clarify renewal & budget requirements


  • Work with the Technology Category Lead to manage additional low value technology related Procurement requirements as required.

    Provide support for the Procurement team in relation to RFx activities and adhoc data requests to include:
  • Management information requests and spend analysis / insights

  • Assistance with RFIs and required due diligence checks

  • Assisting with management of e-sourcing platform, contracts database and other Procurement related systems & processes., From September 2023, C4 has operated a 60/40 working pattern, equating to three office days per week. Having everyone in the office three days a week gives us more opportunity to build our high performing, inclusive culture; to collaborate and to learn and share with each other, as well as helping to coordinate a regular pattern of home and office working days.     Strong proficiency in MS Excel

  • Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to initiate and manage work independently

  • Experience in low value contract & licensing negotiations

  • Ability to work with large volumes of data with a high focus on accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of management


  • DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Understanding of P2P systems and processes

  • Studying towards MCIPS
