Full Job Description

As a Business Support Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to be part of a small business management team and take on significant responsibilities in the management of capacity and providing business support tracking of finances, identify growth opportunities and deliver best practices.

Day-to-day, you'll work across multiple stakeholder groups supporting opportunity owners to deliver growth outputs, through effective planning, management, and reporting. This position plays a crucial role in business as usual and transformation of our support to the British Army.

  • Lead the output, reporting and governance for the Insights team.

  • Co-ordinate meetings and engagements regarding programme output, communication, engagement and performance.

  • Co-ordinate and support the internal governance of the Insights team, ensuring compliance with our commercial framework, ensuring plans are presented and delivered through governance efficiently and effectively.

  • Work closely with the Head of Insights, Programme Manager and Capability Director to agree appropriate communication and project and programme methodologies as they arise and mature.

  • Monitor capacity of team and tasks against the plan; working with cross functional colleagues identify risk to Head of Insights and react to signs of delay.


  • This role is full time fixed term contract for 52 weeks, typically working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.

  • Competent at using Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook

  • Numerate and able to work with figures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
