Full Job Description

  • Work with strategically identified accounts alongside Sales Manager, Marketing Department and Sales Director to maximise opportunities for Draeger across the Trust.

  • Identify and understand the customers strategic goals and develop a Draeger solution to enable them to deliver this.

  • Delivery of 'Draeger's Strategy for digital transformation and future roadmap' to the senior stakeholders in key accounts.

  • Lead Draeger's engagement with the New Hospital Programme, NHP. Identifying key partners and developing new relationships to maximise opportunities within the project, including but not limited to construction, architects, equipping solution providers, NHS project teams and NHP leads.

  • Support the workplace infrastructure team with early engagement on large scale refurbishment or NHP projects.

  • Develop relationships and strategies with key partner companies for Service Orientated Device Connectivity, SDC and digital transformation.

  • Collaborate with global business development, digital and strategic sales and marketing leadership teams in Head Office, Lubeck.

  • Support implementation of 'Digital Solution' sites in partnership with the global business development team to facilitate UK pilot sites and support a value-based sales strategy.

  • Develop relationships at corporate level with private hospital groups to maximise potential opportunities.

  • Drive the development of innovative financial offers such as MES, MVS, pay per use & leasing, in partnership with Draeger finance and NHSSC to improve access to market.

  • Develop ideas as a trusted supplier within the NHSSC Value Release programme.

  • Understand and disseminate key aspects for Draeger of strategic developments within NHSE, ICS and ICB structure.

  • Work with marketing to help co-ordinate specific campaigns and activities related to the prospect base.

  • Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the company's full product portfolio (CEO, CFO, Board Members and/or Department Heads) and value proposition and talk about these in context.

  • Gaining knowledge of the competitive landscape and use this to the company's advantage to overcome objections.

  • Attend relevant trade events to network and help build the brand and vision both internally and externally.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects including good quality, detailed notes about each prospect's current set up and incumbent renewal dates.

  • Use CRM information to manage and prioritise pipeline and to target senior decision makers.

  • This role will be covering the North of England.
