Full Job Description

The Surveyor will carry out facility condition surveys and appraisals, identifying lifecycle works, monitor lifecycle work in progress, and project manage large lifecycle work packages for client properties. Client properties may include commercial sites such as hospitals, schools, offices, etc. Key responsibilities include:

  • Compile reports from the surveys/appraisals, including financial information for submission of proposals to RFM lifecycle manager/SPVs/Banks' technical advisers.

  • Schedule and agree works in cooperation with site operations staff, ensuring, if possible, minimum disruption to the day-to-day operations of the site.

  • Monitoring works in progress and ensuring quality of work and representing RFM during lifecycle works on site.

  • Compile reports as required for Lifecycle Manager.

    To be successful in your application, you will previous relevant experience in a similar role including project management responsibility. You will have excellent communication skills with the high attention to detail, and able to discuss requirements with internal RFM staff as well as clients, contractors, and sub-contractors. A valid UK Diriving Licence is required as this is a mobile role across multiple sites.
