Craft, Creativity and Community - we are Company of Cooks! These are our values, and they go far beyond corporate waffle. In fact, they set the tone for everything we do. Company of Cooks have been working with some of the UK's most cherished venues since 1996, delighting customers and clients alike with great food and drinks, brilliant service and an absolute focus on the details that make good restaurants, cafes and bars, great ones. In October 2019 the company was brought into the CH&CO family. The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group's go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations.

  • We are excited to be recruiting for a Bar Manager for a brand new bar venue opening at Southbank Centre - Europe's largest arts complex. Home to hundreds of performances, events and exhibitions each year, and incorporating some of London's best known seasonal outdoor bars, we manage a total of 14 different retail outlets on site, from speciality coffee shops to rooftop cocktail bars and late night live music spaces as well as a successful and growing events business. As part of an exciting investment project we are about to open a fantastic new riverside bar and pizza venue, connecting the outdoor spaces of the Southbank with the concert goers of Royal Festival Hall, serving great beer & wine, excellent coffee and fantastic pizza made from scratch every day, Company of Cooks was formed in 1996 to run the catering services at Kenwood House on behalf of English Heritage. At the time, others said it set the standard for outdoor public space food service. Time Out awarded it a Red Star in their Annual Restaurant Guide and named it one of the top places to eat, then virtually unheard of for a visitor attraction catering operation.
