Full Job Description
- Assist with the provision of both accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts.
- Assist with effective capture of cost and allocation of associated liabilities to jobs and projects.
- Ensure adherence to alliance processes and systems.
- Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Lead in providing operational commercial reporting and ensuring the reporting information is accurate, meaningful and timely against the provided and approved programme (i.e. Outputs);
- Assist with the reporting of commercial and contractual performance to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Lead.
Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract - Awareness of relevant construction and contract law
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience using SAP e.g. Finance, Procurement, ALM.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload so that targets and deadlines are met to ensure efficient and effective support to all teams.
