Assistant Medical Secretary / Clinic Coordinator Outreach

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Medical Secretary/Clinic Coordinator within our outreach team to provide administrative support to a busy Sexual Health, Contraception and HIV service for 30 hours per week. Working as part of a friendly outreach team you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work calmly under pressure using your own initiative, with an ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.Essentially, we are looking for a good standard of general education along with previous experience of dealing with patients or customers, and a good level of computer literacy.We would expect the candidate to be a good team player with a flexible approach to work, providing assistance to your colleagues and cover for sickness and annual leave, helping to ensure an effective administrative service at all times.
