Full Job Description

As an Asset Condition Surveyor you will support the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and associated policies/plans, enabling the delivery of a best in sector strategic asset management service. Working with a team, this will include carrying out specific property surveys, technical inspections, providing technical advice and solutions as well as completing contract administration.

Excellent IT Skills including the use of mobile working and asset/property related data collection applications.
Understanding of the Decent Homes/HHSRS standard and other relevant Housing standards, guidance, legislation and best practice.
An understanding of building pathology and general construction.
Ability to understand, interpret and present complex asset/property data
Use and application of the relevant asset/property database systems used in the detailed analysis/interpretation of the core property, strategic asset management, sustainability, compliance and energy/decarbonisation.
