In this role, you will assess, mentor, and guide apprentices, ensuring compliance with standards and frameworks to facilitate successful qualification achievement in the Defense industry. This role involves setting training objectives, mentoring, and verifying diploma programs for learners in the workplace, while also reviewing progress and providing feedback. You will also be managing documentation, meeting operational benchmarks, safeguarding assets in line with GDPR regulations, and engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, including employers, learners, awarding bodies, and internal teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient learning environment. This role would suit an Armourer / Weapons Technician or similar looking to take the next steps in their career to develop and inspire the next generation. THE ROLE: Assess and
mentor learners in Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with standards and frameworks. Manage documentation, meet operational benchmarks, and uphold GDPR compliance while interfacing with stakeholders. Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to foster an efficient and cohesive learning environment.
