Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach- Housing and Property Management

of online delivery and coaching Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English to level 2 where applicable. Supporting learners in the workplace and guiding the learners to the End Point Assessment Providing information and guidance to the learner and employer about the Housing Programme Working to specific quality and completion of target Helping with the enrolment of learners- Complete all relevant paperwork using the electronic process to ensure a learner is signed up/achieves/leaves according to procedures Conduct regular reviews of progress with both the learner and employer Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Ensure all Health and Safety, Safeguarding procedures are adhered to. Skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Trainer- Housing and Property Management Vocational competence within Housing/Property Management Hold a recognised Housing or Property Qualification such as CIH would be desirable Ideally be Assessor qualified, A1

TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33 or be prepared to work towards Hold a recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or Award in Education and Training would be desirable Experience in coaching and training employees Have a passion for Training, Learning and Development Experience in using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google classroom This position is available immediately.
