Career Progression:

• Upon completion, a number of internal engineering opportunities within the company will be available to you. All of our apprentices immediately move into full time permanent positions., Suitable candidates will have a screening call with a recruiter to discuss the position and provide necessary documentation. Afterward, you will be invited to an assessment center in May, assessment centers typically include a combination of activities such as group problem-solving tasks, individual interviews, and presentations.


• Within 48 hours of the assessment center, candidates will receive a response regarding the outcome of their application. If successful, they can begin the apprenticeship on September 2, 2024.
  
  Education and Training: You'll be enrolled full-time in a "Level 4 automation and controls engineering technician qualification". This program combines on-the-job work experience with college education, providing a comprehensive learning experience. Continuous support from our training team and experienced design engineers ensures your development throughout the program., GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 5)


• GCSE or equivalent in Math's (Grade 5)


• Full Driving License is desirable.
