Animator and Marketing Support

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual (graduate or a university student in their last study year) to join our Company in the role of Animator & Marketing Support who will be responsible for creating compelling and eye-catching images, animations, and campaigns.

Your duties will include developing image and video assets for our marketing initiatives, video advertising as well as internal requirements. You will be expected to work together with our Marketing Team to develop content strategies that align with our Company's goals.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

· Provide animations to be utilised across a variety of platforms including our website.

· Be able to generate both video and digital content to assist with marketing campaigns.

· Assist the Marketing Coordinator with filming, editing, and publishing video content.

· Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and other colleagues to execute campaigns by brainstorming for internal and external projects.

· Deliver content within timelines set to ensure content goes out effectively without delay.

· Help gather and analyse data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends.

· Assist with public relations initiatives, including media releases, awards, and company announcements.

· Assist with identifying the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.

· Create drawings/illustrations by hand or electronically design.

· Support the Marketing Coordinator in delivering effective campaigns and content that achieve company objectives.

· Support the Marketing Coordinator with additional tasks allocated to the Marketing Department.

· Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness and support the growth of the company.

· Support the development of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit.

· Provide support for the digital growth of the company, across both website and company social media pages.

· Support the Marketing Coordinator with any other tasks that may not specifically relate to the role.

• Currently studying a degree in Animation, Digital Arts, Design, or a related creative field


· Proven experience with generating 2D and 3D animations within an academic or professional setting.

· Hands-on experience in developing campaigns & promotions.

· Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member.

· Exceptional communication skills.

· Strong attention to deadlines.

· Willingness to find educational resources to assist with the role and be willing to learn.

Preferred skills:

· Effective story writing to work alongside animations.

· Support animation with voiceover.

· Project management.

· Graphic design.

Knowledge of the following applications:

Adobe Animate or similar (Required & Proficient), Adobe Substance 3D or similar (Desirable), Adobe, After Effects or similar (Desirable or willing to learn), Adobe InDesign (Desirable), Adobe Photoshop (Desirable), Adobe Illustrator (Desirable), Adobe Lightroom (Desirable)
