Full Job Description

Our small, twelve-person high-performance team develop world-class educational and marketing content and live broadcasting services. We are seeking a skilled administrator to support our team, assist with the organisation of filming and ensure our clients needs are met., As an administrator at Trimble, you will be responsible for supporting our Producer with the organisation of filming, working with our sales team to support their work, and providing face-to-face customer support at our workshops.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Invoicing and updating cashflow forecast

  • Writing up proposals as directed by our sales team

  • Organise and take responsibility for face-to-face workshops, including ordering supplies, and catering

  • Organise filming at Trimble Studios, and location filming in the UK and locations outside of the UK to ensure the team is organised

  • Arranging travel, accommodation and catering for filming and workshops in the UK and abroad

  • Filling out contracts, and speaker agreements and sending these out using DocuSign

  • Managing Animal Model Studio register and arranging animal models for filming and photography, Support our sales and production team

  • Development of processes to organise and improve workflow with back-of-house support

  • Maintain and communicate customer relationships

  • Timely completion of tasks

  • Development of new processes to support business workflow

  • Experience in sales administration support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels

  • Excellent organisational skills & numerical literacy

  • Ability in problem-solving and identifying areas where processes can be improved

  • High level of computer literacy and CRM competency

  • A passion for animals, animal welfare and learning, If you have a proven track record as an administrator, a passion for education and animal welfare, experience in sales and developing commercial strategies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.
