Full Job Description

For many of our roles (and where it is possible) we are currently working remotely and anticipate in the future returning to a hybrid office model on a flexible basis. This will still include work-from-home and flexi-time opportunities in order to provide a good work-life balance whilst still ensuring that teams benefit from in-person interaction. Candidates should therefore be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or able to attend meetings as required if further afield.

Are you a fun and professional team player?,

  • You must be 18 or over and be working towards a childcare/ teaching/ coaching qualification.

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. If you are looking to create a welcoming and fun environment for our junior customers, this is all you need! We can train you on everything else you need to be successful.

  • You will be caring, enthusiastic, talented, and love working with children. The Junior Activities Coach will host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions with our customers aged between 3 to 12 years, both after school and at weekends. Our holiday club programmes run during school holidays and are fantastic sport camps for our younger customers to have fun and explore their physical sides. Working hours will vary but will be upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.

So whether you are looking to kick-start your career with us for the first time or if you are now retired and looking to stay active and provide brilliant customer service our customers can count on, we would love to hear from you!

This post will require a DBS check.
