Prior experience of organising activities within a similar environment would be advantageous, as we are seeking someone who can quickly involve themselves in the day to day running of activities and entertainment. Good time keeping skills and the ability to prioritise tasks is essential for this position to ensure activities are carried out routinely. Typically, our residents live with age related conditions, life-limiting health conditions and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team.
