Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst

Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and enjoyable team within the established Finance Department as a AR Billing Analyst.

This role will be working on various invoicing, billing schedules, processing credit notes, assisting on reducing the overall debt and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing...

• Process and reconcile customer invoices


• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing issues


• Provide support to customers and internal teams regarding billing inquiries


• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


• Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities
  
  Prior experience in accounts receivable or billing role


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software


• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
