Full Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely sales applications and sales invoices, liaising with the project engineer to ensure correctness

  • Entering subcontractor applications on to the job costing system and monitoring payment dates

  • Petty cash analysis

  • Recording of cash book receipts

  • Posting cash book payments

  • Credit card analysis and reconciliation of statements

  • Ordering miscellaneous items on the credit card

  • Reconciliation of subcontractor statements

  • Entering Service and Maintenance department sales invoices and chasing when overdue

  • Entering Service and Maintenance departments purchase invoices on the job costing system

  • Monitor, update and review project rebates

  • Provide a report of nominal ledger accounts analysis for Management Accounts

  • Enter Contractor final account balances on the job costing system

  • Obtain Insurance information from Subcontractors, in timely manner to ensure payment dates are adhered to

  • Filing purchase invoices at month end

  • Assisting others in the finance team with any other duties, as required
