Full Job Description
- To ensure that the company's vision and values are upheld when dealing with staff/customers and third parties
- Internet banking, including payouts, pull ins, Worldpay, banking
- Purchase ledger & ledger reconciliations
- Bonds procedures
- Sales ledger - sales invoice creation
- Other support for production of SLP management accounts
- Satellite company accounts input on SUN
- Report production
- Finance support to TTS, PSA, HF & CFO
- Effectively communicating with the rest of the business re all finance related matters
- Any Ad hoc tasks advised by the TTS, PSA or HF
- Staying up to date with studying and training
This role would be most suited to a graduate and encompasses data input, reconciliations and all day to day administration for the finance function, as individually advised by the PSA and Transactional Team Supervisor (TTS). The individual must be IT literate, flexible with a positive attitude and an ability to work to multiple deadlines., Qualification will be an AAT Level 4 Profession Diploma in Accounting - The 20% off job training will be at the work premises either by using the time to study, research and /or write up modules., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 5 or more) Desired - training
