Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional and well qualified pastoral leader to join us in our mission.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Head of 6th Form in providing pastoral and administrative support to our first cohort of students as we open our 6th form in September 2024. The role will involve a range of duties and skills from pastoral to administrative. You will play a key role in working with all our 6th formers to help them navigate and succeed. There is scope for this role to grow in responsibility as the 6th Form grows.

This job is suitable for someone who is passionate about working with young people but also has strong organisational and administrative skills.
